PornWorks tokens are service credits used for generation and editing jobs. The amount can vary by tool, model, resolution, processing mode, number of outputs and plan. A token is not cash and should not be valued without checking what a real job costs.
PornWorks' current terms state that separately purchased unused tokens expire after three months and are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Subscription allowances and live rules should be verified inside the account.
Quick answer: Check the charge before every job, record cost per accepted output, use free or slower routes for drafts, reserve paid tokens for high-value tools, and do not buy a large pack without understanding expiry and storage.

A subscription may unlock a feature even when the job still spends tokens. A token balance may be useless for a tool that the plan does not unlock.

What changes token cost?

Cost per generation is the wrong metric
Use cost per accepted output:
tokens spent on a task ÷ approved outputs = tokens per accepted output
Example: if ten images cost 200 tokens and two pass your quality check, the practical cost is 100 tokens per accepted image, not 20.
Track repairs and upscales too. A 20-token draft that needs several edits may cost more than a stronger initial generation.

Fast and slow queues
PornWorks uses processing routes that may trade token use for wait time. Interface names and availability can change. The current video page has shown Express, Speed and Quality modes, while image generation may offer free or fast paths.
Use a slower route when:
- testing prompt wording;
- trying a new character;
- quality is not time-sensitive;
- comparing aspect ratios.
Use a faster route when:
- a client deadline exists;
- the prompt and identity already pass;
- the job is a final candidate;
- the displayed cost is acceptable.
Queue speed does not guarantee better output.
Token expiry
The terms should be checked at purchase. The cluster research found that separately purchased unused tokens are stated to expire after three months. Subscription tokens may follow different plan rules.
Before buying:
- note the purchase date;
- capture the expiry language;
- estimate monthly accepted-output use;
- avoid buying more than the project can spend;
- set a reminder before expiry.
Do not assume a cancelled subscription preserves every allowance or feature.
Refunds and failed jobs
Tokens are generally described as non-refundable except where law requires. A failed generation may be handled differently from buyer's remorse.
If a job spends tokens but returns no usable file:
- do not retry immediately;
- check the private feed;
- save the job ID and time;
- capture the balance;
- record tool and settings;
- contact support politely;
- ask about restoration under the current policy.

Storage is part of the plan value
PornWorks says creations are stored in a private feed until shared. Plans may have different storage allowances. Storage affects how many images and videos remain accessible, but it is not a backup strategy.
Download approved lawful assets. Keep:
- original generation;
- repaired master;
- web delivery copy;
- prompt and settings;
- consent or provenance record.
Delete rejected and sensitive files you no longer need. Read the privacy guide before relying on account storage.

Calculate:
- monthly price including tax;
- included fast tokens;
- separately required feature access;
- accepted images per month;
- accepted clips per month;
- storage needed;
- expiry and cancellation rules.
The cheapest listed monthly fee may not be the cheapest production cost if it lacks the required tool.

Estimate pass rate from a small trial, not optimism. If one in four videos passes, budget for four jobs per accepted clip.
Token accounting for teams
Give each project a token budget and one owner. Shared accounts can create confusion about who launched a costly job, though account sharing may also be restricted by the terms. Use permitted team access only.
Record date, user, tool, job ID, charge, result and status. This identifies which workflow wastes credits. It also gives support a useful record when a charge fails.
Why unused balance is not savings
Buying a large pack at a lower unit price saves nothing if tokens expire. Compare the discounted rate with realistic output volume and the three-month term stated for separately purchased unused tokens. A smaller pack with full use can offer better value.
Changes that should trigger a refresh
Update this page whenever PornWorks changes plan names, token allowances, job estimates, queue modes, storage, expiry wording or voucher terms. Show a visible checked date beside volatile tables. Do not silently retain a 2026 cost after the live interface changes.
